Michelle has been involved in Shaolin Kempo Karate, since age 15. She was the chief instructor for many years. She holds a 2nd degree black belt. Later she became a personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in boot camp/kick-boxing type classes. She is very comfortable with fight choreography and loves action based work.
